Terms & Conditions (T&C)
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all rental agreements between the Lessor and the Renter for the rental of vehicles. By booking a vehicle, the Renter agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
The full rental amount must be paid before the rental period begins.
A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received.
All prices are stated in THB unless otherwise specified.
Prices may vary slightly depending on the season.
3. Required Documents
A valid passport is required only for identification and copying purposes and will be returned to the renter immediately.
A valid international driving license is also required only for verification and copying purposes and will be returned immediately.
4. Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required before the rental begins.
The amount of the deposit depends on the rental duration and the type of vehicle.
The deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned undamaged and in accordance with the rental agreement.
In case of damage, loss, violations, or misuse, the deposit may be partially or fully withheld.
5. Vehicle Condition & Use
The vehicle is provided in clean and roadworthy condition.
The renter agrees to use the vehicle carefully and responsibly.
The vehicle may not be handed over to third parties unless explicitly agreed with the lessor.
Use of the vehicle for racing, illegal activities, or outside legal regulations is strictly prohibited.
6. Fuel
Fuel is not included in the rental price.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pickup.
7. Insurance
Basic insurance is included in the rental price unless stated otherwise.
Optional full insurance coverage can be added at an extra cost and varies depending on the vehicle.
Any damage not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the renter.
8. Pickup & Return
Pickup and return take place in Hua Hin unless otherwise agreed.
The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
9. Liability
The renter is liable for all damages caused by improper use, negligence, or violation of traffic laws.
The lessor is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
10. Cancellation
Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the booking.
Payments already made may be partially or fully non-refundable.
11. Availability
Availability information is provided to the best of our knowledge.
If a vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the lessor reserves the right to provide a comparable replacement vehicle.
12. Jurisdiction
The laws of the Kingdom of Thailand apply.
The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Thailand.
